Jocelynn Jordyn Guerra who passed away to a Stage 3 Ependymoma Brain and Spinal Tumor. 

The mission of Jocelynn's Gift of Hope is to actively promote and support pediatric cancer research

and those affected by it, through outreach, fundraising and community support.
